What factors should be considered when build the connectors in PCB board?
1. Design of printed board The terminal number is should displayed on the connector.
2. When welding, observe the following welding conditions. 260 ℃ within 10 seconds 300 ℃ Within 5 seconds 350 ℃ Within 3 seconds.
3. Because there is no stress relief device in the PCB type connector, please leave a sufficient margin for the cable length to prevent the cable from being affected by the external force.
4. If the terminals are repeatedly bent, the terminals may be broken, so please be careful.
5. When the cover is assembled into the base or when it is removed, if the edge of the cover is excessively displaced, it may cause damage, so please be careful.
6. For cable crimping tools, use special tools for cable cutting tools and crimping tools.
